Areen & Silva’s Elegant Wedding | St. Peter’s Watertown to Lakeview Pavilion

On June 6, 2024, I had the honor of documenting Areen and Silva’s wedding — a timeless and heartfelt celebration rooted in tradition, family, and joy.
The day began at Silva’s childhood home, where she got ready surrounded by her closest loved ones. Capturing the quiet, emotional moments in the very house she grew up in added a deeply personal layer to the start of the day.
The ceremony took place at St. Peter Armenian Church in Watertown, a space filled with history, meaning, and community. With sunlight filtering through the stained glass and traditional Armenian music echoing through the sanctuary, Areen and Silva exchanged vows in a beautiful and reverent ceremony.
For portraits, we traveled into the heart of the city for wedding photos at Boston Common. The soft afternoon light, blooming trees, and classic city architecture made for stunning editorial-style images of the couple.
The celebration continued at the Lakeview Pavilion in Foxborough — a modern, elegant venue surrounded by nature. The reception was filled with high-energy dancing, heartfelt toasts, and a packed dance floor from start to finish.
Areen and Silva’s day was the perfect blend of tradition and contemporary style, and it was an absolute joy to photograph.
